About opah

A personal planner for freelancers, contractors and consultants who work for several companies at once, made and run by one person.

The demo runs on sample data in your browser. Nothing is saved: reload it to start over.

Who makes it

opah is made and run by Tomáš Laurin, as a private person. No company sells it yet, and for now it’s free: the Terms say how that will change, with an email at least 30 days before.

Questions, bugs and ideas go to support@opah.dev.

Why it exists

Working for several companies means a Jira for one client, a Linear for another, GitHub for a side project, and a calendar for each. opah reads the issues assigned to you from all of them into one plan, beside your meetings, notes, deadlines and the time you track per client.

You plan your own day: nothing schedules itself, and there’s no AI deciding it.

Who it’s for

One person working for several companies at once: freelancers, contractors and consultants. Not for teams: there’s nobody to invite and nothing for your clients to install.

How your data is kept

  • Your planner is saved to your account, and you can export everything as JSON or Markdown any time.
  • Each connection’s token is kept encrypted on opah’s server and used for that connection alone.
  • Nothing goes back to a client’s tools unless you turn on Send status for that connection, and then only the status.
  • More in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
