Works with Google Calendar
Every Google calendar you work in, in one week.
Sign in to each Google account you use, your own and your clients’, and add their calendars to one calendar in opah, each in its client’s workspace. Changes go both ways.
The demo runs on sample data in your browser. Nothing is saved: reload it to start over.
What it does with Google Calendar
- Signs in to several Google accounts and adds any of their calendars, each to a client’s workspace or as personal.
- Reads events from the last 180 days onward, repeating series included, and keeps them current while opah is open.
- Writes your changes back: new events, titles, times, repeats, locations and descriptions, moves between calendars and deletions.
- Never emails guests and never changes an invitation: an event you can’t edit there keeps your changes here.
- Every meeting gets its agenda, its notes and the issues it talks about.
What it reaches
Only calendar lists and events. Guests and call links are only read. Removing a calendar, or signing out of its account, removes its events from opah; they stay in Google.
How you connect
Sign in with Google from Settings › Calendar and pick the calendars to add. The sign-in comes back only to opah, and the token that keeps it is encrypted on its server.
Who it’s for
Freelancers, contractors, consultants and fractional leads who work for several companies at once and sit in each one’s tools. It’s a personal planner, not a team tool: nothing to roll out to your clients, nobody to invite.
The rest of the planner
- Today, an Inbox, deadlines and time tracking, as a list or a board
- A calendar with your Google calendars, where every meeting gets its agenda and notes
- Markdown notes for each company and project, linked with @ to issues and meetings
- A command palette and a keyboard shortcut for every action
- Runs in your browser and installs as an app; export everything as JSON or Markdown any time
